Front Desk Administrator / Resident Services Coordinator Luxury 55+ Multi-Family Community East Moriches, NY Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others? We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator / Resident Services Coordinator to join our luxury 55+ apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity to become the first point of contact for our residents while providing exceptional service in a hospitality-inspired environment. Responsibilities As our Front Desk Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive prompt, professional, and courteous assistance.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents with a warm and professional demeanor. Assist residents with setting up and navigating their online resident portal accounts. Manage visitor access through the community gate entry system. Issue, activate, and manage vehicle access stickers and resident parking records. Provide general information regarding community policies, procedures, and amenities. Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally. Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner. Scan, file, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents. Assist with resident communications. Support the property management team with administrative projects and daily office operations. Maintain accurate resident records and documentation. Assist with event preparation, resident communications, and other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Comfortable learning property management software and resident management systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, front desk, resident services, customer service, hospitality, or property management role.
