Job Description
Boutique law firm in Queens is looking to hire a receptionist to join their team.
Duties include:
- ability to answer phones, set up appointments and coordinate with attorneys for calls
- open court files, return documents to files, scan incoming mail
- administrative office duties
- Punctual, organized, responsible , multi-tasker Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Compensation:
