Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various office tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and intake clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls using efficient phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and maintaining the office calendar. Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records. Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and client satisfaction. Skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in clerical tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of phone systems and customer support best practices is advantageous.
