Job Description
Job description We are a national leading Affordable Housing Company specializing in affordable housing industry, ranked # 1 in 2019 by AHF. We are seeking to hire an experienced Receptionist to add to our amazing team. The primary duties of this position are:
- Greet all incoming visitors and residents
- Entering maintenance service requests in the system
- Addressing phones, assisting walk-ins, and general customer service
- Process tenant rent payments.
- Filing Skillset.
- Call residents to collect past due balances.
- Computer experience a must.
- General clerical duties as assigned by property manager.
- Creating work orders and passing them to maintenance for completion.
- Scheduling vendor appointments, and communicating with residents. Necessary skills for this position include:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all residents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be a team-player.
- Bilngual speaking Required.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
