We help our clients look, feel, and perform at their best by supporting athletic recovery, stress relief, immune health, and overall well-being. Named Westchester Magazine's Best Wellness Center for Best of Westchester 2025, Revive prides itself on an exceptional client experience, and we are looking for a new team member to help us deliver that experience. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Aide to be the welcoming face of our studio. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a warm, organized, and supportive environment from the moment they walk through the door. Job offered for the following days:

Every Thursday:

1pm-7pm

Some Saturdays:

8am - 3pm

Some Sundays:

8am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in clients with professionalism and care Manage scheduling and appointments Prepare treatment rooms between sessions Support clients with general questions and guidance Maintain a clean and orderly studio environment Enforce studio policies and ensure a smooth client experience Laundry, cleaning, tidying, restocking Supporting physical therapy staff by scheduling and checking in patients

Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail A calm, hospitable demeanor under pressure A genuine interest in health, wellness, and recovery (a plus!)
