Job Description

Job Opening:
Spanish Language Instructor ABC Languages is an independent language school in New York, with 2 locations in Manhattan offering online and in-person group classes, school programs, corporate training, and private lessons in over 20 languages. We are actively seeking professional and experienced Spanish language instructor to join our dynamic team for several of our upcoming in-person afterschool programs in Larchmont, NY (Westchester County) The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: You must have at least a BA or the equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Spanish to children. Fluency in Spanish, with a strong grasp of both language structure and cultural nuances. A genuine passion for teaching and sharing Spanish language and culture with children at elementary school. Punctuality, dedication, and a commitment to student success are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver fun , engaging and effective Spanish lessons tailored to the students' needs. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their language goals. Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and teaching strategies.
