Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information or directing calls to the appropriate personnel Manage office reception area, including handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries Maintain organized front desk operations by managing appointment schedules, visitor logs, and office supplies Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents, and word processing using Microsoft Office applications Support office management activities by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing calendars Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously and supporting clients or guests with their needs Requirements Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles, including front desk responsibilities Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Previous clerical or administrative experience, including typing, proofreading, and client communication Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional service while supporting the daily functions of our organization.
