Job Description
The Fred S. Keller School is seeking a front desk individual who can answer phones and warmly greet visitors to the school. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel as you will also assist the Office Manager and Daycare Director in many school tasks such as: scheduling answering the school's phone communicating with parents keeping track of the student waiting list, handling student acceptance letters filing student paperwork purchasing materials accepting mail and packages light shopping for the school - a car is a plus (and mileage is reimbursed) plan school luncheons and other social activities keep the office tidy This role requires you to be flexible, a team player doing whatever is necessary so the school runs well. You must be friendly and a good communicator. Please have a professional appearance. Salary will be based on experience and any education.
