Job Description
• Seeking a high energy, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced place of employment. S/he is the firm's front-line contact with the public and must represent the firm in a professional, friendly manner at all times Duties will include but not be limited to answering the phones, taking payments, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients in the office Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients Provide basic administrative support to one or more lawyers Respond to inquiries or status update requests from lawyers, paralegals and secretaries in a timely and efficient manner Candidates will be expected to have intermediate knowledge of Windows Office, the ability to work independently, and to maintain a high rate of accuracy in their work product Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues, and partners Applicants should be comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and able to accurately complete tasks under pressure of short or changed deadlines Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory
