Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and proficient use of phone systems. Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members. Perform administrative tasks including proofreading documents, filing, and office management duties. Assist with inquiries and provide information about services offered. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment. Support other departments as needed with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in office management practices and administrative support functions. Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
