As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the salon Check appointments and manage the booking system on the computer Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Provide excellent customer service and support the team as needed
