Job Description
We are a growing chiropractic office dedicated to providing quality patient care in a friendly, welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about helping our patients achieve their health and wellness goals, and we are looking for a Front Desk Check-In Associate who shares this commitment. As our Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. This position is perfect for someone who is team-oriented, organized, and has a passion for helping others. You will work closely with our chiropractic team to provide excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Answer phone calls and handle patient inquiries with professionalism
- Take patient payments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with billing and insurance verification
- Provide general administrative support to the chiropractic team
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Benefits:
- Hourly wages starting at $15/hr and moving up based on experience/qualifications
- Scheduling within the 35-40 hour per week range
- Performance incentives and bonuses.
