Part-Time Receptionist New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center New Lebanon, OH Part-Time New Lebanon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! Our receptionist is often the first smiling face residents, families, visitors, and new employees see when they walk through our doors. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and can help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for everyone who enters our facility. What You'll Do As our Part-Time Receptionist, you'll help support the daily operations of our facility by: Greeting residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members Answering and directing incoming phone calls Assisting visitors with questions and directing them to the appropriate department Providing general clerical and administrative support Helping with filing, copying, scanning, and other office tasks Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintaining a professional and organized front desk area Assisting facility leadership and department managers with various projects as needed Helping ensure every visitor receives a warm and welcoming experience Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and professional Dependable and punctual Organized and able to multitask Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Comfortable using basic computer programs and office equipment A team player who is willing to jump in and help where needed Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is preferred, but we are happy to consider candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
