Role:

As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients with a smile and positive, engaging attitude Utilize salon's technology in managing appointments and salon calendar to accurately: Check in and check out clients Process cash and credit card transactions Perform system opening and closing procedures Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner Maintain front desk, waiting area, and retail for tidiness and organization. Assist / support service staff as needed Perform opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software Detail oriented with an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Emit a positive, uplifting attitude and polished appearance Ability to stand for an extended period of time A desire to always improve yourself and the salon Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
