Job Description
About Us Grow Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric occupational therapy clinic in Eugene, Oregon dedicated to helping children blossom and grow in every environment. Through play-based therapy, we support children with diverse abilities and partner with families to help kids build the skills they need to participate in meaningful daily activities and live fulfilling lives. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for families visiting our clinic. This role is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience while managing scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks that help keep the clinic running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and check in families and children in a friendly, professional manner Answer phone calls and respond to emails Schedule, confirm, and manage therapy appointments Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed Manage, organize, and process physician referrals Assist with intake paperwork and insurance information Process payments and provide receipts Coordinate communication between therapists and families Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area Perform general administrative tasks as needed Complete opening/closing duties as needed including maintaining and cleaning the facility Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology Ability to interact warmly with children and families Previous front desk, medical office, or administrative experience preferred but not required Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Schedule Part-time position Approximately 15-25 hours per week Typical shifts may include afternoons and/or early evenings (specific schedule to be discussed during hiring) Compensation $18-22 per hour depending on experience To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction explaining why you are interested in working in a pediatric therapy setting.
