Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of the Front Desk Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service to any person who calls or visits the office. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first person responsible for answering phones and providing support to any other team member who needs it.Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones
- Meet and greet tenants/guests
- Input and maintain contact management program
- Accept and Receipt payments
- Assist Accounting Department when requested
- Schedule appointments
- Perform general clerical duties
- Create, coordinate and maintain records
- Create and maintain company reports, files, phones, software, and hardware
- Create and update marketing materials (print and digital)
- Create and distribute work orders
- Organize and keep up to date office area
- Prepare written correspondence via email, letter or fax
- Support staff in assigned project based work Other duties as assigned
