Easton Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team! About the Position Our front desk team is an important part of creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, organized, and able to multitask while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally Answer phones promptly and courteously Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow Check clients in and out Process payments and provide accurate invoices Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, medications, and hospital policies Maintain accurate client and patient records Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Handle multiple tasks while remaining calm and professional Provide compassionate customer service, especially during stressful situations Follow hospital policies and procedures What We're Looking For Previous veterinary reception or veterinary experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable handling dogs and cats Must be willing to learn and follow hospital procedures The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is engaged, attentive, motivated, and genuinely enjoys helping people and their pets.
