Job Summary:
To assist in ensuring that all students attend school on a regular basis and to provide timely and accurate student attendance reports to the faculty and to the State Board of Education for determining fund allocations to the school. To greet and assist students, faculty, employees, and visitors in the main lobby, and to assist in the efficient operation of the office.Qualifications:
To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. High school diploma Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets Bookkeeping/record keeping skills Effective interpersonal skills Strong written and communication skills Excellent clerical skills Proficiency in the use of technology for individual and system management, communication, and research Ability to operate multi-user telephone system Ability to work independently and have excellent organizational skills Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employmentDuties & Responsibilities:
