Job Description
Concordia at SpiriTrust-Gettysburg is seeking a friendly, professional, and compassionate Occassional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. The Receptionist provides front desk and telephone/switchboard coverage while delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring efficient communication throughout the community. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist and/or switchboard experience preferred Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Telephone Operations Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously to the appropriate department or individual Operate the telephone switchboard and paging system as needed Communicate with the Maintenance Department via walkie-talkie or cell phone to relay requests and service needs Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff Administrative Support Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, and maintaining records Assist with mail processing by stamping invoices and routing payments to the Accounting Department Mail & Package Management Sort, organize, and deliver resident mail Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages to the appropriate recipients Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct standards Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information Comply with applicable federal, state, and accreditation requirements Report compliance concerns, suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or legal risk issues to appropriate leadership Why work for us?
