Job Description- Edit St Francis Animal Hospital in Mountville, PA is currently looking for two part-time evening receptionists. Work in a friendly customer service driven practice. Become part of our vibrant team as you provide excellent customer service and get to pet a few pups along the way. These are strictly receptionist positions and will not lead to a technical position. Candidates should exhibit : Be a fast learner, be self-motivated Have an outgoing and personable attitude Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high demand environment Have the excellent ability to communicate verbally as well as written. Be a team player Have excellent customer service skills. Have excellent typing skills The ability to get up and down from a desk chair to place clients and pets in exam rooms. Responsibilities (Include, but are not limited to): Answering phones and scheduling appointments Greeting clients and pets in an enthusiastic way Filing and pulling charts Dispensing medications and foods Discussing payment methods and estimates with clients Willingness to learn and recommend preventatives. Light housekeeping (dusting, sweeping, mopping) when needed Cleaning up after pets (urine, feces etc.) should the need arise. Working closely with others in a team environment
