Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Welcoming and supportive towards all residents & family Maintain a positive, clean, uncluttered office environment General administrative duties Communicates and interacts with visitors, residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way. Provide hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors. Answers incoming calls with a positive professional demeanor and provides routine information to callers; detailed records messages and routes calls to appropriate departments Performs general clerical functions including basic computer skills, scanning, filing, and operating general office equipment. Screens and directs all visitors. Ensures that an attractive home environment exists at all times for the benefit of the residents. Clean and maintain lobby and welcome center in a clean and uncluttered manner Performs other duties as assigned by office manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents, families and team members and the problem-solving skill sets to support them. Demonstrate computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. PA Driver's license required. Business casual attire required. Ability to lift up to 25lbs, push, pull wheelchair / utility cart etc. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with seniors preferred Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 2 pmPay:
