Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)Join the Cavallo Health Team! Are you passionate about helping others and interested in holistic health and wellness? Cavallo Health is a busy chiropractic and integrative medical practice seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience. As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play an important role in ensuring every visit is welcoming, efficient, and positive. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. A strong communicator with outstanding customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Passionate about holistic healthcare and eager to learn about chiropractic care, integrative medicine, nutrition, and supplements. Professional, empathetic, and skilled at problem-solving while maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Previous front desk, medical office, or administrative experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical record (EMR) software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet patients warmly and create an exceptional first impression. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general inquiries. Check patients in and out using our electronic medical record (EMR) system. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments. Assist patients with completing paperwork and accurately scan documents into the EMR. Process cash, credit card, and check payments accurately. Become knowledgeable about the services and products offered at Cavallo Health to confidently assist patients. Manage supplement inventory Assist patients with rooming, applying heat packs, cleaning tables and ensuring a clean and sanitary workplace. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Assist with opening and closing office procedures. Support providers and fellow team members with additional administrative duties as needed.
