  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our dental office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Assist with patient registration and maintain patient records
  • Handle insurance verification and billing tasks
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and faxes
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure cleanliness
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
