Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our brand new psychiatric hospital. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support during the weekends. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries with professionalism. Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations over the weekend. Requirements Previous experience in an office environment, particularly in front desk or receptionist roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette and client relations. Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and administrative support is preferred. Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience will also be considered valuable.
