Client Liaison

About the Role The Client Liaison (CL) is the primary point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in maintaining an exceptional client experience and a fully booked, efficient schedule. This role blends high-touch customer service with organized multitasking
  • similar to being the sole receptionist in a busy clinic, but in a remote setting.
Core Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, text, and email, providing prompt, empathetic communication Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently to maximize route and schedule capacity, including active wait list management and forward booking Clearly communicate services, pricing, policies, and appointment details; route all medical questions to veterinary technicians Deliver a high-quality client experience by building strong relationships, addressing concerns calmly, and escalating when appropriate Maintain accurate client and patient records; assist with payments, invoicing, and appointment-related administration Support mail-order medication coordination and utilize practice management, communication, and scheduling tools effectively Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, fellow Client Liaisons, and leadership to ensure seamless operations, coverage, and continuous improvement

You Bring:

  • 5 years of veterinary reception experience (required) LVT is preferred but not required Previous lead or head Client Liaison experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving abilities Comfort managing calls, texts, emails, scheduling, triage messages, and records Veterinary assistant experience is a plus, but not required Live within 1 hour of Brunswick, Biddeford, Kingfield, or Winthrop•role is primarily remote with occasional ride alongs/office days for training (anticipated to be approximately 1 day/month) What We Offer Benefits and Perks•We offer a well-rounded benefits package designed to support you both professionally and personally:
