Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft 365 Perform data entry, filing, proofreading, and record-keeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with clerical responsibilities Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance This role is perfect for individuals eager to contribute to a welcoming environment while honing their administrative expertise.
