Our clinic is looking for an experienced, high-energy Veterinary Receptionist to be the face of our practice. We believe that the client experience starts the moment someone walks through our door. You possess a naturally warm, upbeat personality and a "client-first" attitude.Experienced:
You have previous experience in a veterinary or medical front-desk role and understand the flow of a busy clinic.A Natural Communicator:
You can handle multi-line phones, client education, and scheduling with grace and clarity.Composed:
You remain calm and professional during busy check-ins or emotional situations. Emotionally Mature. What You'll Do Provide a 5-star welcome to every client and patient entering the building. Manage the appointment calendar to ensure a smooth flow for our medical team. Handle client check-ins/check-outs, processing payments, and managing medical records with high attention to detail.
