Our office also serves as a professional coworking space for other businesses and professionals, so this position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for our clients, tenants, and guests. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is consistently on time, enjoys helping people, and can be trusted to keep the front office running smoothly without constant supervision. What You'll Do Front Desk & Customer Service Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls. Monitor the front desk and provide assistance to clients and coworking tenants. Open the door for clients, visitors, and other building tenants as needed. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Help maintain a professional and welcoming first impression of our office. Assist with conference room setup and reset the room between meetings and client appointments. Office & Building Services Keep the reception and common areas neat and presentable. Sweep or blow leaves and debris from the front entrance and immediate exterior as needed. Wipe down conference room tables and reset chairs and furnishings after use. Water office plants. Monitor common areas and report maintenance, repair, or other building issues. Help ensure the office is clean, organized, and ready for clients each day. Administrative Support Scan, organize, and electronically file documents. Shred documents in accordance with company procedures. Assist with general office and administrative tasks. Become familiar with Microsoft Teams and other office technology. Provide additional administrative support to the title and closing team as needed. Opportunity to Grow This position can be more than a front-desk position for the right person. As you become familiar with our company and our processes, there may be opportunities to take on more substantive administrative and title/closing-related responsibilities . We are looking for someone who is interested in learning, developing new skills, and growing with the company. What We're Looking For Dependable and consistently punctual. Being at the front desk and ready to work at the scheduled start time is an essential part of this position. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients and professionals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work independently and recognize what needs to be done without always being asked. Organized and attentive to detail. Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks. Willing to perform both customer-facing and hands-on office duties. Comfortable with basic computer functions and willing to learn new software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a title/closing office. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus. Prior experience in a title company, law office, real estate office, professional office, or coworking environment is helpful but not required.
