Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in communication. Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution. Maintain organization of the reception area and administrative files to promote efficiency and professionalism. Provide bilingual support when needed to serve diverse client needs effectively. Uphold phone etiquette standards by answering inquiries promptly and professionally while providing exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette. Strong proofreading abilities for accurate document preparation. Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to support diverse clientele. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style. Effective time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous for understanding specialized office environments.
