Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Front Desk Coordinator Front Desk is the first impression of the firm. Answering all incoming calls within 3 rings . Professional, warm, and confident phone presence. Greeting every client, guest, vendor, and employee professionally. Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains clean, organized, and professional. Checking in clients and notifying the appropriate team member immediately. Supporting employees and helping direct people to the appropriate resource. Managing messages and ensuring follow-up/ownership. Protecting client confidentiality. Handling basic administrative/front-office responsibilities. Following opening and closing procedures. Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Other duties as assigned. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a
