Not provided Position Overview Our client is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to join their team in Austin, TX. This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for delivering an elevated, hospitality-driven office experience while supporting day-to-day workplace operations. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or concierge background who thrives in a professional, service-oriented environment and enjoys interacting with clients, managing requests, and ensuring a seamless office experience. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front-of-House Support Provide white-glove, 5-star service to employees, clients, and guests Greet and register guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment Serve as a central point of contact for workplace requests and inquiries Build strong relationships with clients and anticipate their needs Meetings & Event Support Coordinate and support meeting room setup and execution (AV, catering, room readiness, etc.) Provide real-time assistance during meetings to ensure a seamless experience Partner with internal teams to support workplace events and initiatives Office Operations & Facilities Support Conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked Manage office supplies, inventory, and general workspace upkeep Submit and track facilities work orders as needed Handle incoming packages, deliveries, and mailroom coordination Administrative & Operational Support Support light administrative tasks utilizing Microsoft Office Assist with access badges, security coordination, and general office logistics Maintain organization of shared spaces and ensure overall office presentation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, or workplace experience roles Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Key Traits Service-oriented with a "no task too small" mindset Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a corporate, client-facing setting Able to remain composed and professional under pressure Additional Notes Candidates must provide accurate and complete employment history (minimum 10 years where applicable) This role offers strong potential to convert to a permanent position Ideal candidates come from hospitality, hotel, concierge, or high-end customer service environments This is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring a hospitality-driven mindset into a corporate setting while growing within a dynamic and professional environment.
