Also , the person needs to know how to type medical records, emailing and faxing records, and scanning records. In order to ensure the best customer service, sometimes the job hours are extended or shifted, so flexibility in availability is needed. We are a family oriented clinic that takes care of each other and tries to have fun while performing duties to our best ability. Primary job duties will be inputting charges, checking in and out of clients, and answering phones. At times, there will be the need for helping with bringing animals into and out of the clinic. Job hours listed are clinic hours. Schedules will be adjusted for a typical work day's hours. Also, be available to work at our other locations in Silsbee and Orange if asked.
