Our growing eye care clinic is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the smiling face of our practice. You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors (or calls on the phone!). •
REQUESTED HOURS
Starting at: Monday,Thursday,Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM•
What You'll Do:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance and collect necessary patient information Process payments and handle basic billing inquiries Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Keep the reception area organized and inviting
Who You Are:
Naturally bubbly, upbeat, and outgoing Genuinely care about patients and customer service Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems 1 YEAR
OF PREVIOUS EYECARE AND/OR OPTICAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
