We're seeking someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and loves people just as much as animals. This front desk position is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, smooth experience for both pets and their owners. This position is for our morning shift 6:30am-12:30pm. You must be available Monday-Friday and holidays (including school breaks) to be considered for this position. Open availability is preferred. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment while building customer service and administrative skills in the pet care industry. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets in a friendly, professional manner Check dogs in and out, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, assisting with bookings and questions Manage scheduling for boarding, daycare, and other services Ensure to maintain all necessary and required documents and current/up to date vaccines on file Process payments and maintain accurate records Communicate clearly with staff regarding dog care instructions, feeding, and medications Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable interacting with dogs of all sizes (handling at check-in/out as needed) Team player who can also work independently and stay on task Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software Experience is not required but preferred, we will train the right person! We are looking for a genuinely kind, dependable person who loves both people and dogs and want to be part of a positive team environment.
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
