Twinkle Star Dance Academy is dedicated to sharing the magic of life through dance. We believe that dance not only builds confidence, strength, flexibility, and self-expression but also fosters relationships, vocabulary, tolerance, and patience—essential qualities for a fulfilling life. Our academy offers a wide range of dance classes for children ages 2 and up, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, creative movement, lyrical, and more. Our signature Twinkle Babies and Twinkle Stars classes for ages 2-6 strike the perfect balance of structure and fun, making dance an enjoyable experience for our youngest students.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Director of First Impressions to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for someone who loves children and has a passion for dance. As the first point of contact for our dance families, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive environment at Twinkle Star Dance Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Provide information about our dance programs and classes. Assist with class registrations and scheduling. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Passion for dance and working with children. Outgoing, bubbly personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable and punctual with a professional appearance. Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus.
