With a fleet of more than 30 delivery vehicles, we supply and deliver stock glass, tempered glass, insulated glass, aluminum storefront systems, and fabricated glass products to customer shops and construction job sites throughout the region. Position Summary Complete Line Glass is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the daily administrative needs of our office. This position works closely with Account Managers and other departments to ensure phone calls, messages, emails, customer requests, and paperwork are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, positive, and outgoing. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, takes accountability for their responsibilities, enjoys working as part of a team, and is comfortable thinking outside the box to solve everyday problems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Take accurate and detailed messages and route calls to the appropriate team member. Assist customers by identifying their assigned Account Manager and directing them appropriately. Greet customers, vendors, delivery drivers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor, respond to, and route incoming emails to the appropriate department or team member. Provide general information to customers while maintaining a helpful and positive attitude. Receive, organize, and process truck and delivery paperwork. Scan, upload, and maintain documents in company systems. Maintain organized electronic and physical files and records. Assist Account Managers and other departments with administrative tasks as needed. Communicate customer requests, messages, and important information accurately to internal team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and front-office area. Assist with incoming and outgoing documents, correspondence, and other office paperwork. Maintain basic knowledge of company products and services to properly route customer inquiries. Work collaboratively with sales, production, logistics, and administrative teams to support daily operations. Handle customer and company information professionally and confidentially. Follow company policies and procedures and maintain regular, reliable attendance. Qualifications Friendly, welcoming, patient, and professional demeanor. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to remain professional and helpful when handling multiple phone calls, visitors, and requests. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments. Strong attention to detail when taking messages, processing paperwork, and entering information. Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist coworkers when needed. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Technical Skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable using email and other computer-based communication systems. Ability to scan, upload, organize, and retrieve electronic documents. Comfortable learning company databases, ERP systems, and other office software. Basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred Experience Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience. Previous customer service experience. Experience answering multi-line phone systems and handling a high volume of calls is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Experience in manufacturing, construction, wholesale distribution, building materials, or the glass and glazing industry is a plus. Experience supporting sales representatives, Account Managers, or customer service teams preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive computer, keyboarding, scanning, and filing tasks. Ability to occasionally move throughout the office to assist customers, visitors, and coworkers.
