Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess strong organizational abilities. As a key point of contact, you will ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail, with attention to detail. Maintain front desk appearance, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and appointment scheduling. Utilize productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks for various clerical functions. Assist with office management duties including filing systems, document proofreading, and maintaining organized spreadsheets. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and effective communication flow. Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone messages, and other essential documentation. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or front desk roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tasks. Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Demonstrated computer literacy including typing speed and proofreading capabilities. Previous experience in customer service or client communication roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of office management practices such as filing systems and calendar management. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism. Technical proficiency with productivity software and general computer skills necessary for daily operations.
Pay:
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
