Job Description
Huntsville Toyota is looking for motivated and caring individuals who would like to perform at the highest level as a Receptionist. Receptionists are the first point of contact for our dealership. Receptionists welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. What you'll do: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing What we offer: Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance plans 401(k) with company-match Paid-time-off (PTO) Associate Purchase Program Employee Referral Program What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, scanners) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
