ONLY- Receptionist Position Available at Ruff2Glam Grooming Salon Join the Ruff2Glam Family! We're looking for a dependable, long-term team member to grow with our busy, fast-paced salon. If you love people, pets, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting clients and checking pets in and out for appointments Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and responding to client inquiries Entering and updating customer information in our system Sending appointment reminders and confirmations Assisting groomers when needed Helping maintain a clean, organized salon environment Assisting customers with boutique purchases and product recommendations

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous grooming salon, veterinary office, or pet industry reception experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail We're Looking for

Someone Who Is:

Reliable and hardworking Friendly, outgoing, and professional Organized and able to multitask efficiently Passionate about providing outstanding customer service Honest, dependable, and trustworthy A team player with a positive attitude Able to thrive in a busy salon setting

Position Details:

40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday schedule Arrival time: 8:30 AM Salon hours begin at 9:00 AM Typical shift ends between 3:30 PM-5:00 PM depending on business needs

Dress Code:

Scrubs & Tennis Shoes Compensation:
