We are seeking a Front Desk Associate with experience in a medical office. The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and enjoys interacting with patients while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Checking patients in and out for appointments Confirming online appointments Verifying insurance information and referrals Collecting copays and other patient payments Maintaining accurate patient records and front desk documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical office front desk or similar role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with insurance verification and referral processes Basic computer and scheduling system skills Must be flexible with office hours Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
