Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their furry friends with a warm smile and positive attitude. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk efficiently. Handle all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats with care and compassion. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with checking in and out, processing payments, and managing client records. Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively without supervision. Work in a loud environment and manage noise levels with composure. Be flexible to work weekends this is a must and adapt to shifts as needed. We are looking for a full-time & a part-time associate.

Qualifications:

A genuine love for dogs and like cats is a must. Ability to handle animals of all sizes and breeds confidently. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and a cheerful demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to clean. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a team player mindset. Store hours are M-F 9-6, Sat 10-6, Sun 10-3 Must be comfortable using and learning computer software.
