Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front-desk and administrative operations in Midland, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing consistent support across teams. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep office activities organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and direct them appropriately while creating a welcoming and positive first impression for the office.
- Handle incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, route messages accurately, and respond to general inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the receipt and distribution of mail, courier items, and deliveries to ensure materials reach the correct recipients.
- Track office inventory, replenish everyday supplies, and arrange new orders when stock levels need attention.
- Organize calendars, book appointments, and help prepare meeting spaces so schedules stay on track.
- Enter information into office records, maintain orderly filing systems, and keep documentation current and accessible.
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents with accuracy and care.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to different departments and contribute to special assignments as needed.
- Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat, presentable, and ready for employees and visitors.
