About Us Join a fast-growing Family Medical Clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our patients. As our clinic expands and our patient community grows, we are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and organized Front Desk and Scheduling Specialist to join our dynamic team. Position Overview We are looking for the face of our clinic—someone who embodies outstanding customer service, always greets patients with a warm smile, and brings a bubbly, positive attitude to work every day. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, streamline patient scheduling, and ensure a seamless check-in experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Patient Coordination:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage check-in/check-out processes, and maintain an inviting lobby environment.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently coordinate and manage high-volume appointment calendars to accommodate our growing patient base.
Insurance Verification:
Handle basic health insurance verifications, copay collections, and billing inquiries.
Multi-Tasking Excellence:
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and update electronic medical records seamlessly.
Team Collaboration:
Work both independently on daily administrative goals and collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Proven customer service background; prior experience handling medical insurance is highly preferred.
Skill Set:
Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and comfort navigating a fast-paced workplace.
Language Skills:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is not required, but is a major bonus!
Mobility:
Must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel between our clinic locations (Mansfield, Midlothian, and Southwest Fort Worth).
Mindset:
A dedicated professional who thrives on personal growth, teamwork, and providing elite care to patients. Electronic Health Record (EHR) software: (like eClinicalWorks or Epic)
Schedule & Location Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
