Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00

110 Dylan Way, Midlothian, TX 76065 About Midtowne Meadows Midtowne Meadows Health & Rehab is a family-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to exceptional resident care and a strong, team-focused culture. We offer a low staff-to-resident ratio, hands-on leadership support, and a workplace built on respect, collaboration, and professional growth. Position Summary The Receptionist serves as a key support role within the facility, providing administrative and front-office assistance while ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position requires strong customer service skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally and courteously. Monitor and support resident and family visits in accordance with facility policies and procedures. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence. Provide administrative support to facility leadership and department heads as assigned. Maintain organized records, logs, and general office documentation. Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general clerical tasks. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and facility standards. Support a positive, customer-focused environment throughout the facility. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications, including scheduling systems. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently. Professional demeanor and reliability. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or front desk role. Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a customer-facing environment. Familiarity with office procedures and basic recordkeeping.
