Job Description
Overview:
- At Therapatitos, we are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient services. This position offers the opportunity to work in a pediatric outpatient setting where we offer Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy.
Duties:
- Schedule multidisciplinary patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with staff
- Manage and organize patient records and update information as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
- Utilize medical software systems along with Google Docs, sheets, etc.
- Answering phones, greeting patients and their families with a positive attitude
- Checking in patients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional mannerism and good work ethic
- Team player
