Full Job Description About Us:
Sienna at 6 Veterinary Hospital is a friendly, pet-loving veterinary clinic that takes pride in great service and compassionate care. We're looking for a receptionist who enjoys helping people and pets. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression Answer phones and schedule appointments Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments Keep records organized Support the veterinary team as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in the veterinary field is a must ! All other applicants will automatically be rejected. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and staff. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience with Cornerstone software is preferred, but not required Friendly, reliable, and loves animals
