Benefits 401(K) Plan Medical Plan Dental Plan Life Insurance Paid Vacation Paid Sick Days Employee Purchase Plans Promote from within Key Responsibilities Alternating schedule 8a-2:30, 2:30-8:30p and 2 Saturdays a month. 5-day work week. Answer the busy switchboard, greet all customers in a friendly but professional manner. You are the first impression that our customers get from our dealership. Answering telephone calls, greeting walk-in customers, key inventory machine Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments. Other duties as assigned.
