Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for office staff. Perform general office management tasks and maintaining office supplies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing patient records. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient flow of the Drs. schedule and support various administrative functions. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in office management practices and procedures. High level of computer literacy, including experience with office software applications. Previous experience or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times. Experience as a personal assistant is a plus, demonstrating capability in managing schedules and supporting executives.
