Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our real estate team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to assist with social media marketing efforts, and comfortable working closely with the broker to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, visitors, and phone callers in a courteous and professional manner. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs. Support the broker with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in social media marketing efforts by creating content, posting updates, and engaging with followers to promote property listings and company branding. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment. Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth communication and workflow within the office. Handle incoming inquiries via email or phone promptly and professionally. Perform other clerical duties as needed to support daily business activities. Qualifications Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred; experience in real estate is a plus but not necessary. Strong proficiency with office software and social media platforms; comfortable using technology for marketing purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual ability is advantageous. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a professional appearance. Willingness to learn about real estate processes and assist with various office functions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
