ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greets all clients in a friendly and timely manner Answers phones in a friendly and timely manner Takes messages or deliver calls to voicemail when the appropriate member is unavailable Answers questions about dealership and provides callers with address, directions, and other information Greets clients and visitors, obtain name and nature of business and introduce them to the appropriate member Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes Creates, prints and distributes documents such as fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, and reports Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, typing proofreading, and data entry Diffuses client concerns and directs them to the appropriate member for help Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employeeOther Duties:
